Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Distribution Attendant to perform a full range of order fulfillment, receiving, and warehouse duties across the Medical Center. You will load/unload pallets, stock shelves, prepare boxes, and ensure accurate documentation for par programs and nursing units.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, inventory control, operating pallet jacks and forklifts, and processing mail and supplies with attention to safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with inventory management and barcode scanning.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives, loads and unloads pallets of supplies and places them into pallet racks and shelving units.
• Maintains inventory levels by checking shelves, restocking and maintaining records.
• Picks and assembles supplies for Nursing Units and par program.
• Ensures par-stock carts are accurately filled to stock levels.
• Operates pallet jacks, forklift and other handling equipment safely.
