Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Distribution Attendant to perform a full range of order fulfillment, receiving and warehouse functions within the Medical Center. The role involves loading/unloading, packing, labeling, stocking, and distributing supplies and equipment across Nursing Units and par programs, using scanners and inventory systems.

The successful candidate will handle picking, packing, cycle counts, and documentation, while maintaining accuracy and complying with hospital policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with inventory management and warehousing systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Receive, load and unload pallets of supplies and place into racks; rotate stock by expiration date.
• Maintain inventory levels; restock and record supply data.
• Ensure par-stock carts are filled to appropriate stock levels and organized.
