The position emphasizes accuracy, organization, and the ability to work both independently and with teams in a fast-paced environment. The schedule runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with responsibility for warehouse upkeep and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to accurately track inventory and supplies.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills for inventory counts, order verification, and documentation.
• Good verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service-focused approach.
• Ability to safely move, organize, and handle merchandise, supplies, and warehouse equipment.
• Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, organize, and distribute inventory and supplies to hospital departments, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
• Pick and prepare orders, load merchandise for delivery, rotate stock, and monitor product expiration dates.
• Verify shipments against delivery documents, identify discrepancies or damaged items, and coordinate returns and inventory adjustments.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock tracking, and data entry using computer systems and handheld inventory devices.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas while supporting warehouse operations, equipment handling, and departmental supply needs.
