UnitedHealth Group is seeking an onsite Warehouse/Inventory Associate in Rock Hill, NY to support supply areas and stock rooms for clinical teams. The role requires a high school diploma, NY driver’s license, and reliable transportation, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Shift is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm EST. You will receive on‑the‑job training, and must be able to work across multiple locations in the market.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid New York driver’s license.
• Reliable form of transportation.
• Experience in receiving and distribution and computer use for record keeping.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to cover 5 other locations in the market as needed.
• Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm EST.

Responsabilités

• Maintain inventory levels in designated supply areas.
• Ensure automated and manual supply orders are prepared and placed.
• Receive supplies from primary and other vendors; verify shipments against packing slips.
• Record delivery details in daily logs and track purchase orders.
• Stock supplies across suites and rotate stock before expiration dates.
• Report discrepancies to Supervisor and Purchasing Dept.; resolve packing slip issues.
• Process packing slips in the supply database for vendor payments.
• Maintain oxygen tank supply and deliver as needed.
• Respond to emails and calls from the clinical team for supplies or assistance.
• Promote a positive and professional work environment; adhere to HIPAA and company policies.
• Apply Lean principles to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase satisfaction.
