Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC installation and repair.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely completion of work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Remove snow and ice.
• Troubleshoot, replace, and calibrate sensors and controls of the Building Management System
• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment and subsystems
• Record time and materials and requisition parts
• Assist other trades as needed by management
• Maintain and repair mechanical systems
• Maintain a clean safe work environment and proper storage
• Operate Building Management System to control HVAC and alarms
