Job summary

CommonSpirit Memorial is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Mechanic to maintain environmental systems across the hospital facility. You will perform routine maintenance, installations, and repairs on expansion units, chilled water systems, refrigeration equipment, and control systems under supervision.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, promptly reporting malfunctions, and implementing cost-saving operational improvements while keeping a clean, safe work area and professional conduct

• Strong HVAC knowledge and repair experience.
• Ability to identify and address malfunctions quickly.
• Commitment to safe, clean work areas.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and PMs in a timely manner.
• Immediately identifies and informs supervisor of any malfunctioning equipment.
• Aims to reduce maintenance and utility costs through improved procedures.
• Maintains a clean, safe and organized work area.
• Maintains a professional attitude toward patients, visitors and staff.
