Responsibilities

• Maintain operation of boilers and air handling systems and emergency generators.
• Perform safety testing for mechanical systems as required.
• Execute repairs and preventive maintenance per work orders.
• Ensure accurate documentation and 95% work order completion rate.
• Shut down tasks with clean, orderly work areas and report abnormalities.
• Cover vacations and holidays for other maintenance staff as needed.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and codes for equipment maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair air handling equipment per manufacturer guidelines.
• Minimize disruption to hospital operations during duties.
