Job summary

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and either aSecond class fireman license or two years of plant operations experience, with strong English communication and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Second class fireman license or two years of plant operations experience.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment.
• Respond to emergency calls and operate emergency power equipment.
• Diagnose issues within the physical plant and coordinate repairs.
• Document operating data and prepare deficiency reports.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in all facilities areas.
