LR-Associates, LLC is seeking a Housekeeper Supervisor to support the Mid-South CMOP housekeeping services in Murfreesboro, TN. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervisory experience in Environmental-Hospital Services, with at least 2 years in a hospital or healthcare facility, and strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and customer service.

Responsibilities include supervising janitorial staff, assigning duties, inspecting work, handling complaints, and overseeing purchasing and training

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' supervisory experience in Environmental-Hospital Services, sanitation teams.
• At least 2 years in a hospital or healthcare facility.
• Detailed knowledge of cleaning procedures and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the work activities of janitorial personnel in a professional environment.
• Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding janitorial services and take corrective action.
• May purchase janitorial supplies, manage stock level of inventory, train new employees, and recommend dismissals.
