Job summary

LR Associates, LLC is seeking an Executive Housekeeper for our government customer at the VA Durham Health Care Facility in Durham, North Carolina. The Executive Housekeeper will supervise the contract, ensure housekeeping services meet contractual requirements, and participate in performance meetings.

The role requires experience in healthcare sanitation and compliance with safety protocols for clinical environments.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' healthcare sanitation experience as CESE or RESE.
• Formal training program such as IHEA or NEHA.
• Valid US driver’s license; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall supervision of housekeeping contract at VA Durham Health Care Facility.
• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and yearly contract performance metrics are met.
• Execute managerial and administrative oversight of housekeeping requirements.
• Attend scheduled contract performance meetings with executive and contract staff.
