Job summary

LR-Associates, LLC is seeking a Housekeeper Supervisor to support the Mid-South CMOP housekeeping services in Murfreesboro, TN. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervisory experience in Environmental-Hospital Services, with at least 2 years in a hospital or healthcare facility, and strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and customer service.

Responsibilities include supervising janitorial staff, assigning duties, inspecting work, handling complaints, and overseeing purchasing and training

We are looking for an Housekeeper Supervisor to support the Mid-South CMOP housekeeping services in Murfreesboro, TN. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of (5) years' experience in supervising in the Environmental-Hospital Services industry, specifically with Sanitation teams. A minimum of the last (2) years shall be in a hospital or other accredited healthcare facility. Detailed knowledge of cleaning procedures and customer service skills is a must. In addition, managing and overseeing the cleaning schedule and requirements.

Applicants must be US citizen and must be able to pass a background check performed by the Federal Government.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend and stoop for extended periods of time; Ascending/Descending stairs and required to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds frequently; May be required to lift up to 30 lbs.
