The Program Lead - Hospital & Health System Consulting will support engagements in hospitals, health systems, and health centers, focusing on emergency management, workforce development, value-based care, and transformation initiatives. This is a proposal-based opportunity for Independent Contractors (1099) with compensation ranging from $75 to $125 per

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent.
5+ years in healthcare/public health or related consulting.
Experience with hospitals and health systems is preferred.
Experience with workforce assessments or strategic planning.
Expertise in one healthcare consulting area such as emergency preparedness or operations.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills with executives.

Responsibilities

Lead or support consulting engagements with hospitals and health systems.
Provide subject matter expertise in healthcare practice areas including emergency management and HICS.
Conduct organizational, operational, and workforce assessments to identify gaps and opportunities.
Support development and implementation of healthcare strategies and operating models.
Design and facilitate interviews, workshops, trainings, and executive sessions.
Engage hospital leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Support healthcare emergency preparedness activities and continuity planning.
Translate requirements into practical strategies and implementation approaches.
Develop client deliverables such as assessments, plans, roadmaps, and executive briefings.
