Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience OR 11 years in project management or related healthcare functions.
• Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.
• Experience interpreting business and financial information.
• Strong verbal and written communication for senior management.
• Experience communicating with executive leadership from multiple divisions.
• Experience delivering executive-level presentations.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and mentoring of teams.
• Self-starter, able to deliver across broad scope in fast-paced settings.
• Able to operate independently in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent organizational and problem-resolution skills.
• PC proficiency including MS Office.
