Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Typically requires 2 years in a customer service facing role.
• Life support training may be required depending on department discretion.
• Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage the first and last impressions of the facility.
• Greet guests professionally and provide responsive guest service.
• Answer phones and route requests to departments and units.
• Use the Epic system for appointment and transport look-ups.
• Communicate with departments and transport companies on behalf of patients/visitors.
• Partner with hospital staff to coordinate patient transport.
• Resolve conflicts and address concerns, initiating recovery steps for service failures.
• Assist in maintaining smooth traffic flow at facility entrances.
• Physically assist in transporting patients via wheelchairs and escorts.
• Assist patients in/out of vehicles as required.
• Conduct symptom screening of patients/visitors entering the facility when needed.
