Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of assigned teammates.
• Orient new teammates and provide ongoing training and assessment.
• Participate in staff and huddle meetings.
• Provide courteous patient and guest service and respond to complaints.
• Assist guests with directions and locate hospital amenities.
• Explain hospital policies to families and promote open communication.
• Respond to emergencies per directive.
• Collect data and help identify service improvements.
• Direct complaints to appropriate staff for resolution.
• Record and submit documentation for services.
