Job summary

Oklahoma Surgical Hospital in Tulsa is seeking a full-time Guest Services Specialist to join our team. You will work Monday through Friday, 11:30am–8pm, greeting patients and visitors, directing them to the right departments, and providing information about hospital services.

No experience is required, but a High School diploma, a valid driver’s license, and a current or soon-to-be BLS certification are needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• No prior experience required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; basic medical setting knowledge; basic computer skills and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients, guests, and visitors to the appropriate department within the facility, and transport patients from the recovery area to their designated inpatient room.
• Park and direct visitors' vehicles as needed; staff registration desks and greet all patients, guests, and visitors in a friendly and respectful manner.
• Provide information about hospital services and facilitate communication between physicians and patient families.
• Offer direction and answer general information inquiries.
