Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides guests with assistance throughout the facility: directions, patient locations, location of hospital amenities.
• Communicates in a courteous and effective manner; ensures understanding of information provided; addresses complaints calmly and professionally.
• Takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork to meet guest needs and provide referrals or services as appropriate.
