Qualifications

• Ability to use basic hand/power tools safely and document work.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on outdoor hospital equipment, including lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Clean exterior hospital areas and monitor parking lots for safety and debris.
• Assist with snow removal and lawn care; maintain aging surfaces and infrastructure.
• Update work orders and maintenance logs to ensure regulatory compliance.
