Strategis Consulting seeks a Groundskeeper to maintain hospital grounds, ensuring clean, safe, and attractive surroundings in line with hospital guidelines. The role may involve indoor tasks during inclement weather and requires coordination with medical staff while upholding confidentiality.

Responsibilities include lawn care, shrub maintenance, irrigation, debris cleanup, and basic equipment upkeep. The position supports a fast-paced health-care environment and adheres to safety and PPE

Qualifications

• Minimum Level of Education: High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred; one year or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Formal Training: None required.
• Licensure, Certification, Registration: None required.
• Work Experience: One year or more experience is preferred as a groundskeeper; or related work in the healthcare or related industry.
• Tools and Equipment Used: Calculator, personal computer, telephone, paper shredder, copier, printer, mowers, hedge trimmers, weed eaters, hoes, rakes, shovels, blowers, motor vehicles, and other associated groundskeeping equipment.

Responsabilités

• Maintains grass at a height of no more than three inches.
• Keeps curbing around driveways and sidewalks edged and swept.
• Keeps shrubs and flower beds free of grass and weeds.
• Performs preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Water flowers around building and performs irrigation activities.
• Cleans all entrances to the facility.
• Cleans parking lots.
• Cleans outside windows.
• Cleans equipment and reports repairs or safety hazards.
