Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in building maintenance and grounds/landscaping, preferably in healthcare or institutional settings.
• Valid NYS Driver's License and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements (DNV, OSHA, NFPA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hospital grounds including landscaping, snow removal, and exterior cleanliness.
• Operate and maintain grounds equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
• Assist with environmental services and infection control during renovations.
