Green Bay Rehabilitation Hospital in Green Bay, Wisconsin is seeking a Receptionist to provide telecommunication support, coordinate paging, and assist visitors, patients, and staff. The role requires professional, compassionate service and accurate recordkeeping in a fast-paced hospital setting.

We offer a full-time position with rotating weekends, 8:00 am–6:30 pm, and a compensation range of $17.00–$20.32 per hour based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits through Ernest Health, Inc.

Qualifications

• One year of reception experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• General computer skills: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally with others.

Responsibilities

• Operate hospital telecommunication systems to connect visitors, callers, staff, patients, and families.
• May maintain records related to telecommunications (e.g., long distance calls, on-call staff, paging).
