Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the switchboard and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate person.
• Greet visitors, screen them, and direct to the correct area; notify staff as needed.
• Monitor lobby; keep reception areas neat and orderly; assist with meal ticket sales and related payments.
• Maintain the facility vehicle schedule and transfer keys as required.
• Perform general clerical tasks (sorting, calculating, proofreading, etc.).
• Attend mandatory training and follow county safety policies.
