Ridge Behavioral Health System in Lexington, KY is seeking a full-time receptionist for a Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm shift. You will answer and direct all incoming calls, sign in visitors and patients, and coordinate with the Assessment team during intake and paperwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years prior experience preferred; first shift requires two years.
• Excellent organization and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Records and routes telephone and in-person messages accurately, completely and promptly.
• Follows correct procedures if callers or visitors display potentially dangerous or disruptive behaviors.
• Demonstrates knowledge of emergency codes response procedures and calls codes correctly when needed.
