The Ridge Behavioral Health System in Lexington, KY, part of Universal Health Services (UHS), is seeking a Receptionist for a full-time 8am-4pm shift. Responsibilities include answering calls, greeting visitors, guiding paperwork, and supporting assessment processes in a psychiatric hospital setting.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of prior reception experience, with strong office and communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One to two years prior experience preferred; first shift requires two years of experience.
• General office and phone skills with excellent organization, written and verbal communication.
• Legible handwriting.
• Ability to handle confidential information with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Answers and directs all incoming calls.
• Signs in and checks out all visitors, patients and guests.
• Communicates with Assessment when clients are here for an assessment and handles paperwork.
