Universal Health Services' Ridge Behavioral Health System in Lexington, KY is seeking a full-time receptionist for an 8am–4pm shift. Responsibilities include answering and directing calls, signing in visitors, and coordinating with assessment staff during patient intake and paperwork.

Qualifications

• General office and phone skills, plus strong organizational, written and verbal communication abilities.
• Two years of experience preferred; first shift receptionist must have two years of experience.
• Requires knowledge of general office and phone skills as well as excellent organization, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Records and routes telephone and in-person messages accurately, completely and promptly.
• Follows correct procedures if callers or visitors display threatening or other potentially dangerous or disruptive behaviors.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the organization’s emergency codes response procedures; calls codes on overhead speaker system correctly and audibly.
