• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years experience in food service, acute care, or hospitality setting.
• Associates degree or above preferred.
• Serve Safe Manager certification within 90 days of hire (where applicable).

• Assist in coordination of department development and operations.
• Plan, organize, staff and support direction of kitchen, cafeteria, catering, Patient Call Center and Patient Room Service.
• Ensure service aligns with Mercy Service Standards and collaborates with leadership.
