Qualifications

• Experience operating floor care equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and infection control policies helpful.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to departmental procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform major floor cleaning activities including stripping and refinishing, shower scrubbing, shampooing and burnishing.
• Operate and maintain automatic floor machines and related equipment.
• Follow safety, infection control and PPE policies and procedures at all times.
• Assist with linen removal, trash pickup, and stocking supplies.
• Contribute to special projects such as curtain changes, window washing and furniture movement.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all environmental closets and supplies.
