Qualifications

• Three years of experience in Construction or Maintenance required.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, casework, and general building construction.
• Knowledge of blueprints and building terminology

Responsibilities

• Identify, manage, and perform facility repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate and track repair tasks across locations.
• Source and manage painting contractors within region.
• Perform medical equipment preventive maintenance and report damages.
