Job summary

VCA Inc. is looking for a Hospital Maintenance Technician in New York City. In this role, you will ensure that hospital facilities are well-maintained by managing repairs and preventive maintenance of both facilities and medical equipment.

The ideal candidate should have experience in construction or maintenance, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Additionally, you will have responsibilities in overseeing various repair tasks and inventory management of maintenance materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Facilities Management or a similar field is preferred.
• Three years of experience in Construction or Maintenance are required.
• Working knowledge of construction terms, blueprints, and troubleshooting required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospital facilities are maintained in good condition.
• Perform facility and medical equipment preventive maintenance.
• Manage and track repair and maintenance tasks.
