Exalt Health, LLC. in Daytona Beach, FL seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep the inpatient rehabilitation hospital safe, clean, and functional.

You will perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and medical gas lines as applicable, and address repairs promptly across all areas of the facility. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2–3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in healthcare.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven proficiency with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general building repair.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical schematics.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and medical gas systems.
• Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot a variety of building issues.
• Assist with installation, maintenance, and safe operation of rehab equipment.
• Respond to work orders, prioritize tasks, and document completed work.
• Ensure hospital safety, infection control, and building code compliance.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Collaborate with facilities staff, clinical teams, and leadership.
