Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and medical gas systems.
• Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot building systems and equipment.
• Assist with installation, maintenance, and safe operation of specialized rehabilitation equipment.
• Respond to work orders promptly and maintain records of completed tasks.
• Adhere to hospital safety, infection control, and building codes; manage maintenance inventory.
• Collaborate with facilities team, clinical staff, and leadership as needed.
