Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements maintenance programs for all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety).
• Oversees preventive maintenance, vendor contracts, and project coordination.
• Leads and mentors technicians and engineers; conducts performance reviews.
• Manages operating and capital budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
