Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years of maintenance experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Licensing or certifications as required by responsibility and/or law.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and mobile clinic maintenance repair staff.
• Manage PM and corrective maintenance; document work orders and repairs.
• Develop annual operating and capital budgets; oversee construction/renovation projects.
