Qualifications

• Requires 5 years of maintenance experience.
• Preferred 2 years supervisory experience in building construction, maintenance or repair work.
• Experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
• License or certification as required by scope of responsibility and/or government ordinance (or obtained within 12 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Oversees prevention and corrective maintenance.
• Maintains daily work documentation (PMs, work orders, repair logs).
• Establishes construction schedules and coordinates with contractors.
• Prepares estimates for capital budgets and unbudgeted capital.
• Manages department budget and communications with affected departments.
• Ensures compliance with laws, standards, and company policies.
