Qualifications

• Associates Degree or 2 years of technical school required.
• In lieu of education, a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role will be considered with a required minimum of 3 years experience in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee long-range planning and expansion of services with budget, environmental and safety implications.
• Direct Facilities Management activities including budget prep, personnel, and records.
• Ensure proper environment, waste treatment, clinical air, electrical distribution, and emergency provisions.
• Manage maintenance for buildings and equipment, including preventive maintenance.
