Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• 3+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication with physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee front end revenue cycle workflows and staff to meet practice indicators.
• Conduct daily rounds with staff to uphold MMG performance standards.
• Prepare and monitor annual operating budgets and manage business affairs of practices.
• Interpret data to inform MMG leadership and improve operations.
• Oversee patient experience, staffing, and scheduling for assigned practices.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; ensure staff development.
• Lead compliance with security and occupational health standards.
• Collaborate with providers on performance metrics and service strategies.
