Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is seeking a Facilities Management Assistant Director to oversee building maintenance, utilities, and equipment on the hospital campus. You will assist the Director with day to day operations and coordinate construction and renovation projects as needed.

This is a Union Account with a $10,000.00 sign-on bonus and potential $3K yearly AD bonus, plus a salary range of $110K to $120K and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Regulatory compliance experience with Joint Commission.
• Thorough knowledge of engineering and plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct maintenance programs for hospital facilities.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and other regs.
• Manage budgets and energy savings programs.
• Provide staff guidance, training, and motivation.
• Represent client relations and maintain service quality.
• Oversee performance reviews and staff development.
