The role emphasizes service quality, staff coordination, and interdepartmental communication.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of additional relevant experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, intense drive, and initiative for quality and customer service.
• Ability to manage staff participatively, under stress, and develop budgets with facility needs.
• Excellent stress management, administrative and organizational, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and reviews standards and work procedures for all staff.
• Plans work schedules, hours, areas of work, and job duties to ensure staffing.
• Interviews, hires, evaluates, and recommends termination of personnel.
• Performs regular inspections and evaluations of the facility.
• Communicates with other departments to coordinate activities.
• Schedules major project work and ensures staff and supplies are available.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
