• Excellent stress management and administrative/organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and review standards and procedures for staff per facility policies.
• Plan schedules, areas of work, and duties to ensure adequate staffing.
• Interview, hire, evaluate, and terminate personnel per facility standards.
• Perform regular inspections and provide actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate activities with other departments through regular staff meetings.
