Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is seeking a Facilities Management Assistant Director to lead building maintenance, utilities, and equipment on the hospital campus. You will assist the Director with day-to-day operations and coordinate construction and renovation projects as needed.

This Union Account offers a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus and a $3K yearly AD bonus potential in addition to the $110K–$120K salary, with comprehensive benefits through Crothall.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• 2–5 years management experience in a hospital setting.
• Regulatory compliance experience with Joint Commission.
• Thorough knowledge of engineering, plant operations methods, maintenance, codes and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates existing programs, services, policies and procedures.
• Monitors quality and flow of work to assure timely completion of tasks and maintenance programs.
• Prepares and handles departmental budgets and energy savings programs.
• Leads and ensures regulatory compliance with Joint Commission and other agencies.
• Provides guidance, training, and motivation to staff.
• Builds client rapport to maintain a mutually beneficial relationship.
