Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 3 years experience in a commercial/industrial environment required.
• 1 year experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Driver's License required.
• Other healthcare maintenance certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine and specialized building repair and maintenance for hospital facilities and equipment using the computerized maintenance management system.
• Perform skilled trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, general maintenance, mechanical, HVAC, and exterior maintenance as required.
• Provide technical support and guidance to facility staff in repair and operation of equipment and systems.
• Participate in hospital and departmental safety programs and training.
