The role ensures reliable operation of utilities, boilers, chillers, electrical and life-safety systems to keep patients, visitors and staff safe and comfortable. You will read blueprints, respond to alarms, write work orders in CMMS, and collaborate with a team or work independently to keep the facility at peak performance.

Qualifications

• Requires: strong mechanical aptitude for diagnostic and repair tasks.
• Experience with hospital facilities and life-safety systems preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and maintenance manuals.
• Knowledge of boiler, chiller and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS and preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and troubleshoot skilled maintenance tasks.
• Maintain boilers, chillers, HVAC and life-safety systems.
• Write and close work orders in CMMS.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety checks.
