Job summary

The manager will drive inspections, outages recovery, and capital project reviews, while maintaining clear communication with staff and hospital leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of facilities or maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of NFPA 101 Life Safety Code and building codes.
• Must be accepted into MD Stationary Apprenticeship Program.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple supervisors in general maintenance of buildings.
• Oversee inspection, maintenance and repair on building systems (carpentry, painting, locksmith, life safety).
• Plan, schedule, budget, analyze data and present to leadership.
• Participate in annual capital budgeting and scope reviews.
• Communicate effectively with team and leadership.
