Job summary

Kwong Wah Hospital, part of the Hospital Authority, seeks a Senior Hospital Manager (Facilities Management) to lead local facilities operations and major/minor works programs. You will oversee engineering, maintenance, and technical support, ensuring safe and compliant hospital environments.

The role requires professional membership, 1+ year post-qualification experience for surveyors, and strong English/Chinese communication. Position is full‑time with on‑site work in Kowloon.

Qualifications

• Member / Corporate Member of a professional institution (HKIA/HKIS/HKE or equivalent)
• For surveyors, minimum 1 year post‑qualification experience

Responsibilities

• Report to General Manager and Cluster Facility Management for hospital facilities performance.
• Plan, execute and manage minor works projects from inception to completion.
• Manage building, alteration, and maintenance works with budget and quality control.
• Advise on feasibility of projects and assist in proposals, funds, and contractor selection.
• Oversee compliance with statutory requirements for hospital facilities.
• Monitor consultants and contractors performance.
• Plan and oversee installation and commissioning of hospital systems and facilities.
• Develop systems and guidelines for facility management offices.
