Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems and hospital equipment.
• Responds to work requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensures maintenance activities meet safety regulations and hospital standards.
• Addresses urgent repair requests to minimize disruptions to operations.
• Performs regular inspections and maintains facility infrastructure.
• Keeps accurate maintenance records and reports performance to management.
• Assists with budgeting and orders maintenance supplies and parts.
• Maintains logs for oversight and compliance.
• Addresses critical issues quickly to protect patient care.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
