Job summary

Chandler Regional Medical Center in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineer responsible for maintaining, installing, and replacing hospital equipment, ensuring safe operation of facilities. You will perform routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, patient beds, and refrigeration, and support other maintenance staff to keep critical systems running.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Five (5) years experience in a general maintenance or similar position.
Specialized training and/or experience in Refrigeration, HVAC, Boilers, Plumbing, Electrical, Pumps and Motors, Energy Management Control System.

Responsibilities

Completes work requisitions assigned. Repairs, installs, replaces, and makes changes only as directed on work requests or as directed by supervisor/manager.
Completes Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance work requests as assigned.
Provides training for other Maintenance personnel in areas of expertise requested by Supervisor or Manager of Plant Maintenance.
Performs routine rounds and monitors necessary equipment and conditions.
Works well without direct supervision.
Performs routine maintenance on Plumbing, Electrical, Patient Beds and Fire Prevention Equipment.
