Responsibilities

• Responds to work requests and pages promptly and professionally.
• Ensures maintenance activities meet safety regulations and hospital standards (e.g., OSHA, NFPA, Joint Commission).
• Addresses urgent repair requests and resolves critical issues to minimize disruptions to operations.
• Maintains regular inspections and the condition of hospital buildings and infrastructure.
• Keeps accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment performance for reporting.
