Integrated Support Solutions Inc. (ISSI) is seeking an Executive Chef/Food Services Manager to lead our hospital café and related food service operations in Gallup, NM.

You will oversee culinary staff, ensure top-tier quality, and manage cost controls while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction. The role emphasizes organized leadership, on-site supervision, and adherence to food safety standards in a fast-paced clinical setting, with opportunities for advancement and a structured shift

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume food production and catering.
• Strong supervisory, leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent financial, budgeting and accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the culinary team and ensuring client and customer satisfaction with cost-efficient management.
• Responsible for all food service activities including large-scale catering for cafeteria, coffee shop, and weekly/monthly events.
• Oversees all facets of food service staff, including onboarding and training.
