The role includes directing staff development, evaluating product quality, budgeting, purchasing, and coordinating catering and promotions to elevate patient and retail dining experiences.

This full-time leadership position reports to the Director of Food & Nutrition and offers

Qualifications

• Plan and oversee hospital food service operations.
• Develop menus, recipes, and purchase specifications.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and cost control.

Responsabilités

• Plans menus for patient feeding, retail operations, catering services and all other food service and special events.
• Directs staff selection, orientation, and performance evaluations to support development and uphold competency standards.
• Evaluates product quality and coordinates with management to exceed patient and customer expectations.
• Monitors staff schedules and portions; ensures hygiene in all retail areas.
• Participates in menu development, cooking demonstrations, and promotions for clients.
