Job summary

MercyOne Dyersville Medical Center in Dyersville, IA is seeking a Housekeeper/EVS to maintain a clean and safe hospital environment. Qualifications

• Experience with janitorial cleaning is preferred.
• Familiar with hospital cleaning standards and procedures.
• Able to work with hospital staff and patients.
• Must learn use of housekeeping chemicals and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient rooms and discharge units to hospital standards.
• Perform surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning.
• Maintain clean offices and ancillary areas.
• Replenish supplies and report repairs.
• Interact cordially with staff, patients, and public.
